VDO Reed Sender Specification
VDO reed switch type fluid level sensor. These new fluid level sensors from VDO are replacements for the original VDO dip tube type fuel level senders.
The flange and float are manufactured using NBR plastic which is petrol and diesel proof, whilst the main tube is manufactured in stainless steel. The PCD for the mounting hole on the flange is 54mm (to match the dip tube PCD).
These VDO Reed sensors have an operating voltage of between 6 and 48 volts. Their resistance value are 91 Ohms when empty, and 1 Ohm when full. More specifications and drawings can be found in the Technical Info tab by the product image.
The VDO Reed Switches are available in differing lengths. Please select your required length from the drop down menu before placing the item in your basket, this will then display the correct price on screen.
