1) OUR CONTRACT

These terms and conditions govern the supply of goods supplied by Merlin Mailorder Ltd. ("we"and "us") to the customer. These terms and conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us, on these terms and conditions

2) PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price and payment for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the same time you place your order, plus any charges for carriage as set out in our order form. All prices on the Merlin website are shown both including and excluding VAT at 20%. VAT is chargeable on all orders to the U.K. For orders being shipped outside of the U.K. VAT will not be charged, but VAT and Customs charges will be billed by the courier and must be payed by the recipient. Items, which are zero rated for VAT, are shown on the website.

3) DELIVERY AND TITLE

We will deliver the goods in accordance with your order. U.K. delivery is normally within 2-3 working days. International orders are generally delivered in 5-10 working days. A signature may be required on delivery of your order. Upon despatch of your order, the title in goods will pass to you. In the unlikely event that you have not received the goods within 5 days of the order date, you must notify us immediately.

4) AVAILIBILTY

While we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we will refund you the price paid for the goods as soon as possible and in any case, within 30 days. We will not charge your credit/debit card unless the goods are in stock. If your item is temporarily out of stock, we operate a back order system, you will be advised after the order has been placed and you will have the option to cancel your order or you will be advised of the delivery date available for the order.

5) CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 working days of your reciept of the goods, this notice may be given by phone, fax, e-mail or post at our business address as displayed on our home page. On cancellation, for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost.

Any returned goods must be unused. Please pack your parcel in it’s original packaging in the same way the item was delivered. It is essential that any returned items, unless faulty, are returned back in their original condition. This means it must be unworn, unused, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume with no signs of the item being washed or cleaned. It must have all original labels/tags attached and be in it’s original undamaged packaging, otherwise we cannot accept it.

If the goods are being returned because they are faulty we will meet the cost of the return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.

6) MERLINS MONEY-BACK PROMISE

It's sometimes hard to know exactly what part you'll need until you have it in your hand - talk to us for guidance and if you're still unsure which Goodridge Union or Jetex Exhaust bend you need then buy 2 or 3 and we'll refund you for the parts returned and unused. We offer a no-quibble money back guarantee on any item returned to us within 30 days providing the item is unused and in the same packaged condition it was sent out in. Please note that we will credit on the goods only, not on the carriage out or return carriage costs. This money-back promise is valid for 30 days after the goods are dispatched to you.

The cost of the return of goods shall be at your expense, and upon receipt of the returned goods to our address, refund will be issued to the originating credit/debit card holder.
